All the Fun at DHS .....Remember When ......

We are getting ready for a great DHS Alumni Weekend.  Folks will start arriving on Friday, July 15, 2022 to join their classmates, reminisce, and work on their float to be in the parade on Saturday morning July 16, 2022.  

Saturday, July 16, 2022

Parade: 10 AM Main Street (Fourth Street to First Street) 

Each class will meet at 8:45 AM behind the High School Gym on 2nd Street to be ready for Float Judging at 9 AM.   Floats will get lined up and ready to leave this staging area by 9:45 AM to make a journey to Main Street for 10 AM start. 

Annual Meeting: 11 AM Dayton Historic Depot (2nd Street, North of Main) 

Please join us for our annual meeting.  It is so great to see all the classes gathered, see old friends and enjoy one another’s company.   Great opportunity to see the ones here celebrating that are not in your individual class, but you walked the halls with, played sports with, danced with, and stayed at your house with siblings…… There will be local food vendors here to help quench your thirst and/or feed that hunger. 

Tour Dayton High School:  1:30 PM to 3 PM 

The High school will be open for self-guided tours.   The High School was remodeled in 1985 so it will look different for those of you who graduated prior to that.  Come take a look and remember how it was when you were there.  Share with the ones you brought with you your fun experiences at Dayton High! 

Individual Class Reunions:   

We are requesting that all classes get us your class reunion schedule of events.  We like to post them on our web page, as we did in our newsletter, for all to see.  It is a quick way to see what classes are having a get together and how to make contact.
